Heavy workouts

quite heavy workouts today.

morning:
bodypump
- many postures were corrected.....still need to work more on 'clean and press'.

bodycombat
- need to work more on the kicks
- can't control my legs properly...haha

afternoon:
- rock climbing
- the feeling was soooooo amazing when I reached the top and pressed that button.
- need to challenge the next level.
- remind myself not to do bodypump before rock climbing next time..really tired arms.
- sore arms now.

late afternoon:
- went to the hospital to visit grandpa. Stayed there for more than 2 hours.
- Grandpa is very healthy already at the age of 88.
- Hope he can leave the hosptial as soon as possible.

Fitness fitness at Pure Fitness

Spent quite a lot of time on fitness lately. I go to Pure Fitness almost everyday.
Have tried a number of group classes lately:

• Bodypump
• Bodycombat
• Fitball
• Pilates
• Wanna try boxing circuit later.

Well, need to get a balance between the fitness programs and Projects S and H. Really puzzled.
I enjoy very much being so free, challenging myself. However, I do understand that Project S and H are so important to me.

Well, hope that I can be so free after the completion of Projects S and H. I do want to do the same fitness program after then.

New Sleeping and Working Policy

From now on, my new sleeping policy is that I will try to sleep before 2230 every night.

I don't care about the work anymore.

Tomorrow is another DAY.

I will try to work harder at school. Then, I will try not to do much at home.

Well, weekend, either saturday or sunday, will be another working day.

So, my new working policy will be 5.5 working-day week (where 5 full day from Monday to Friday) and 0.5 (weekend working day).

Pure Fitness

Joined Pure Fitness.

Now, I am a member of both Pure Yoga (all centers) and Pure Fitness (all centers).

Will commence training systematically with the aid of a PT. Hope my body will be perfect for Haley.

Did the assessment fitness test. Quite good. Not as bad as I have thought of.

Facial @ mTm + moisture test

Bought a few eye treatment masks at mTm last week on March 3, 2007.
Did the skin test...moisture level at:
Forehead: 25%
Cheek: 45%

Today, went to mTm again to do a facial...did the same skin moisture level test:
Forehead: 56%
Cheek: 96% (wow wow!!! amazing)
Thanks should be given to Sisley Flower gel!!!

I will surely keep on using Sisley Flower Gel and La Mer!!!

Now, thinking of doing facials at mTm....need to bargain/ negotiate with Gavin...hope that he is convinced to let me do so....though I have the full power of deciding by myself....I just want to seek his support.

Well, money is another issue....however, my philosophy is money should be spent on worthwhile things....and I do cherish my face!!!

Body Treatment @ DK aromatherapy

Did a body massage at DK aromatherapy. Very painful...She therapist said that my back was very very tight...even tighter than old office ladies who claim that they are very tired.
My lower back was tight too....in fact...everywhere....

Hope the massages can help....I was a 'normal' back!!!

I love my Family- Ocean Park

The last time the whole family went to ocean park was in 1990. There were only 5 of us.

17 years later in 2007. We have 8 family members.

In the future, there will be more and more family members.

Mom, Dad, Brothers, Sisters, Hubby, I love you all.

New Start at School

Not gonna place too much trust on the assistants. Need to work harder by myself.
Tomorrow will be a new school day on the year of Pig.
There will be a brand new Joyce with even more positive working attitude and working speed.
I will consolidate everything as quick as possible and give new instructions to my members.

• No more delay of work.
• No more excuses.
• Try to achieve the objectives that have been scheduled.
• Try to catch up the unfinished work!!!
• No more laziness.

Visited Tam Che Shing's baby girl

Another baby girl came to this world. Visited her tonight......pity that her face and hand skins are peeling off.....poor!!
All babies give face to their parents.... Like other baby, the baby girl didn't cry when Gavin and I visited her...
Hope Haley will behave well in front of the others in the future too!!

Shu Uemura Make-up

Had my personalized eye-brow trimming and make up at Shu Uemura Road Show today. The BA made a full makeup for me. The eye shadow she chose for me was Purple....my most beloved color.
Bought quite a lot of things at Shu....new set of brushes, 14 shadows, shadow case, concealer, eye liner, .....too many to type here.
Will take a pic of all my make up stuff and post here...maybe later next week.

A Man with Mascara

Bought a number of make-up stuff:
Chanel
- Eye make-up remover. It is very good. At least it is not as oily as the one from Bobbi Brown. Many internet girls recommend this. It is worth!!

Ipsa
- Optimum Balance Face Color Palette VII2
- Lip gloss and lip concealer...quite good.
- Eyeliner
The BA of Ipsa is especially good. This is what service meant to be. She sincerely introduced the stuff and carefully taught me how to use them.

Make up for ever
- Dany's pouch. It is really a good pouch for holding the brushes.

A terrible thing I saw today is the male BA from Chanel wore MASCARA. His eye lashes were curled too.

In TST Ocean Terminal, there are many MALE BAs in cosmetics counters. Wondering why?? They are more attractive to female tourists or OLs or mainland chinese? Still don't understand.

1st Make-up class

Had a make-up class with Dorothy last night... 2.5 hours, quite fruitful.
I learned most of the stuff already, from Shu's make-up class before, experience, magazines and internet.
This teacher is not the scholar/theory-type. She is actually teach with her experience.
I dont' quite like using fingers to put the stuff on the face. I always think fingertips are not clean enough. However, many make-up stylists like this way.
I prefer using the brushes instead.
Found that the Bobbi brown brushes are not good enough. Maybe I like Shu Uemura's more.
However, it will be another huge expense if I buy the full set of Shu's brushes.
Need to think deeply about it.
The class last night mainly focused on eye make-up.
Next time will be the foundation stuff.

Anyway, I tried the La Mer liquid foundation for the 1st time.
1st time of using liquid foundation;
1st time of using La Mer's foundation.
The feeling was unexpectedly great. The color is ok. The texture is ok.

Parents' Day

Parents always grab every opportunity to meet the FORM TEACHER.
Like what I did in the past, I didn't have lunch for the parents' day again.
Parents are all anxious about their son.
In fact, being a form teacher and a subject teacher makes no big difference. A form teacher just has a bit more time to meet his/her students with the roll call time only.
Glad that parents are kind and they didn't make unreasonable requests.
Exhausted!!

Busy School-work weeks

I am fully occupied with school work in these 2 weeks.
7 days this week. Yes, 7 days!!! non-stop. Tomorrow is the parents' day and joint-school service orientation day on Sunday.

My Form 4 boys are so cute. They were a bit worried about what I will say to their parents tomorrow. Hey guys, no worries. I won't kill you. They were so cute by begging me not to make 'too-negative' comments on them. Sometimes, being a form teacher of Form 4 is good. They are babies. haha.

After work tomorrow, I will learn make-up with Dorothy. Hope that I will know how to 'present myself' with the make up. This time is a chance for me to learn how to use the 'un-used' stuff at home.

Next week: 6 working days. Will do the joint-school clearning service. It is really a great opportunity to serve the community, especially to the elderies.

Relaxed with Game Machines- Wii & NDS

Tried to be relaxed lately by playing Wii and NDS.
NDS:
I especially like raising my NDS dog, Money. She is so cute and learns tricks very fast.
For the surgery game, I do realize that doctors should always pay their full attention and make accurate decisions and treatments.
I do love the games.

Wii
I love Golf and Tennis mostly. It is a good indoor exercise. Well, better than no exercise.

Confidential work made me cry again!

The boss asked me to do the confidential work again.

Though I have altered abit my way of dealing with the work by assigning more people to help me instead of doing all by my own, I feel bad anyway. He (or she) asked the j-head to flash me AGAIN!! Burst out crying again.

I felt very sad after school. Thanks to Mimi who listened to me, talked to me, analyzed the situation with me and prayed for me. Thanks Mimi.

hmm...Mimi is right, I have to look at things from different angles. And I have to learn to ignore other people sometimes. How they feel should not bother me!!

Hey guys, come back for classes!!! Not just my class, but also other classes. Other teachers need you guys too.

When I saw you guys put Miss Cheung's card in the wallet, I felt sweet too, though I am not Miss Cheung. You do treasure it!! so warm at the beginning of the lesson today.
For a few times, I want to cry when I think of you. The smiles, the tears, the 'gags'..... Don't know why. Just don't wanna you leave the school. BUT, YOU HAVE TO LEAVE. I don't wanna see anyone of you wear the same uniform next year.

Still making the stuff for you. BUT I won't be able to give you before CNY.

In the old days, at least in my days, teachers always kept a distance with students. And students didn't make a large step forward to approach the teacher.

Nowadays, things changed....good sigh!
